An afternoon or evening tincture - use 5-10 drops under the tongue or up to a few droppers full to create the desired effect. Can be used in the daytime in smaller doses to help relieve anxious moments. Can be used in the evening in higher doses to help move into dream-state consciousness and prepare for slumber.

**With all tinctures we recommend to use them sublingually - Taken under the tongue and held there for 20 seconds or so the tincture is able to access the bloodstream and navigate through the body quickly. If you are not able to hold under your tongue - you may take with a small amount of juice or water and swallow, effects may take longer to notice.
