Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Within the United States, we offer a sliding scale of flat rates based on purchase amount. Free shipping is available for orders over $150. Shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on your location.

 

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada and Mexico at a flat rate of $25. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Local Pickup

If you are local, you may select free local pickup at checkout. We will notify you by email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.
