Bit-O-Bittahs is your passage to a healthy functioning liver, kidneys and overall digestive passageways.  Did you know that bitter elements turn on our digestive system?  That the reason we eat salads before a meal is that they used to be bitter greens?  Thats right - Bitter things used to kill us and as early humans our bodies developed a system to detoxify, digest and release with a quickness so as to keep us alive.  We can use this knowledge to incorporate some bitter elements into our daily routine to keep the digestive juices flowing!  Aside from the wonderful digestive side of our Bitters - we have added some protective adaptogenic fungi to protect and defend your beautiful vessel.

Ingredients

Reishi Mushroom, Chaga Mushroom, Turkey Tail Mushroom, Pumelo, Burdock Root, Gentian Root, Dandelion Root, Yellow Dock, Structured Water, Organic Sugar Cane Ethanol
Suggested Use

To be used shortly before or after meals or as needed when experience indigestion - use 5-10 drops under the tongue or up to a few droppers full to create the desired effect.  Can be used in a small amount of water with some lime juice as a nice bitter beverage as well.

**With all tinctures we recommend to use them sublingually - Taken under the tongue and held there for 20 seconds or so the tincture is able to access the bloodstream and navigate through the body quickly.  If you are not able to hold under your tongue - you may take with a small amount of juice or water and swallow, effects may take longer to notice.

All of our products are made with fruiting bodies, not mycelium powder.
