Subscription Policy

Billing

When you purchase a subscription, your payment method will be automatically charged every one, two or three months, based on the subscription option you select. Billing occurs on the same date each period as your initial purchase.

Renewals

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before your renewal date.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at team@thelovingfungi.com. Cancellations must be made one week before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If it continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or canceled until payment is updated.

Changes to Subscription Plans

We may update subscription pricing or features. You will be notified in advance of any changes, and you will have the option to cancel before the new terms take effect.
