How to use - Recommend anywhere from a few drops to a few droppers full under the tongue to get the desired effect. Can be used daily as a pre-workout in higher doses or semi regularly in smaller doses for upkeep.

**With all tinctures we recommend to use them sublingually - Taken under the tongue and held there for 20 seconds or so the tincture is able to access the bloodstream and navigate through the body quickly. If you are not able to hold under your tongue - you may take with a small amount of juice or water and swallow, effects may take longer to notice.
