Our Night Cap is an essential in the tea cabinet for just this reason. Anytime we need to get some great Zzz’s and/or if we cannot seem to turn off the monkey mind on our own - we reach for a warm cup of the Night Cap and drift peacefully into the land of snooze.

Blue Lotus Flower, Pink Rose Flower, Lemon Balm Leaf, Skullcap leaf, Chamomile flower, Passionflower, Reishi mushroom extract, Turkey Tail mushroom extract, Schisandra Berry, Fennel, Valerian root

Pour 8-12oz hot water over 1/2-1.5 tsp of Night Cap in your favorite mug and let brew for 2-6 minutes, allowing to cool before ingesting. Feel free to add some milkiness and/or sweetener of your choice. Best to be sipped within 45 mins of your natural bedtime. There will be some organic sediment at the bottom of the cup - we enjoy using a frother and sipping it all back to get the full experience ;) it is also ok to only sip the liquid and toss the rest (in your garden).
