This tincture has a great build up effect when used regularly in small doses (2-10 drops) and can also be used in a pinch when anxiety levels increase - take (1-3) droppers full in a moment of high stress and hold under the tongue for 20 seconds to experience a quick adjustment back to center.

**With all tinctures we recommend to use them sublingually - Taken under the tongue and held there for 20 seconds or so the tincture is able to access the bloodstream and navigate through the body quickly. If you are not able to hold under your tongue - you may take with a small amount of juice or water and swallow, effects may take longer to notice.
